These features are fundamental to using certain Services. If you do not wish your Name and results to appear in these logs and websites and applications, then do not interact with the Services.
If you terminate your account, your Name and results and rankings will still remain on results lists of service and of on other related users applications.
Our websites and apps offer publicly accessible blogs, forums and issue trackers, results lists e.g. competition results services (RSS Pro Mobile). You should be aware that any information you provide on these websites – including profile information associated with the account you use to post the information or your chosen team/organization choose to post, may be read, collected and used by any member of the public who accesses these websites. Your posts and certain profile information may remain even after your terminate your account. We strongly recommend you to consider the sensitivity of any information you input into these Services. To request removal of your information from publicly accessible websites operated by us, please contact us as detailed below. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to and why.

Revelage Ltd may regularly send you e-mails informing of technical service, information, account- or order status or news about changes and updates of the website.

Protection of your personal data.
We use data hosting service provider in the Finland and datacenters in EU area, eg. Germany, to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data. Revelage Ltd are committed to protect your personal data. We use extensive security measures and processes to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or exposure. When we transfer confidential information (e.g a credit card number) via Internet, it is protected by encryption and the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Revelage Ltd never save your credit card number.
To access your Revelage account a personal password is needed. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Don't give any information about the password to any other person. If your share your computer with any other person, you should always log out of the computer to protect your information from being used by other users.
Although we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
Access to the data is limited to trusted employees.

How long we keep your information.
How long we keep information we collect depends on the type of information, as described below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible (for example, the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is open. Due to the nature of our Services, if you stop using our Services and do not tell us, your information will remain in case you decide to start using our Services again.

Our Services give you the ability to access and update certain information about you from within the account settings in the Services. You can also opt out of certain communications in your account settings on Revelage Sports portal.
Delete your account
If you no longer wish to use our Services, you can contact our support and ask for your account to be deleted. They will notify you if, for any reason, not all the information we hold can be deleted and will inform you of the implications of us deleting your account.
If you delete your account, you will permanently lose access to our Services, including any purchases made.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.

Abuse of your user account.
In the event of attempted fraud or any other abuse of services at Revelage Ltd, we reserve the right to deny persons or companies access to the site Revelage.net and the services supplied on Revelage Ltd as well as via services on other websites and in other medias.

Using cookie-files

At present, we accept most major credit cards.
When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner PayPal (www.paypal.com) to guarantee secure payments.

Revelage.net uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet (or other networks). A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how data are to be handled. The SSL protocol has been developed by the company Netscape Communications and is now an industry standard for secure transmissions.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Revelage Ltd shall be governed by Finnish Law.
Revelage Ltd follows the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Authority.
